Rock Climbing

Instructors interact as role models, talk about the beauty of God's creation while leading the group in facing their fears through rock climbing. Staff and participants have a chance to hang out at the wrap-up BBQ.

Location: Spokane, WA
Positions Available: 1
Application Deadline: May 15, 2011

Season: May - Sept 2011
Time Commitment: May - September: Minimum of 40 hours a week. Some flexibility in schedule available.

Instructor Requirements:
• Christian faith
• 19 year of age or older
• Adult CPR/First Aid
• AMGA Single Pitch Instructor (preferred but not required)
• Successful completion of Peak 7 Adventure’s Climbing Instructors Course
• A 2-season commitment
• Excellent physical condition

Qualifications:
1. Commitment to Jesus Christ which reflects Christ in every aspect of his/her vocation and personal life.

2. Previous Outdoor Leadership experience (desirable but not mandatory).
3. Knowledge and background in outdoor learning experiences.
4. Valid training in CPR and First Aid
