•I understand that I am responsible for complying with all policies and procedures outlined herein.
•I agree to abide by the Matthew 18 principle for conflict resolution and the Abusive Conduct Prevention Policy.
•I understand my legal obligations as a Mandatory Reporter under RCW § 26.44.030.
•I commit to completing the required annual trainings (Sexual Harassment Prevention, Child Abuse Prevention, and Mandatory Reporter training) within 30 days of my start date.
•I have read and agree to the Social Media and Relationship Policies, understanding my role as an ambassador for Peak 7 both on and off the clock.
