Acknowledgement of Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have completed the Sexual Harassment Prevention Training provided through Brotherhood Mutual. By signing this form, I confirm my understanding of the following principles and Peak 7 policies:

Zero Tolerance Policy: I understand that Peak 7 Adventures is committed to providing a work and ministry environment free from harassment. Sexual harassment of any kind—whether verbal, physical, or visual—is strictly prohibited.

Definition of Harassment: I have been trained to recognize that sexual harassment includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment.

The Ministry Standard: I understand that as a representative of Peak 7, I am held to a high standard of professional and ministerial conduct. This includes maintaining appropriate boundaries with participants, volunteers, and fellow staff members at all times, especially in overnight or wilderness settings.

Duty to Report: I understand my responsibility to report any incident of harassment that I experience or witness. I am aware that I should report such incidents to my Immediate Supervisor, or if the supervisor is involved, directly to the Executive Director.

Non-Retaliation: I understand that Peak 7 strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports harassment in good faith or participates in an investigation.

Investigation Process: I understand that Peak 7 will take all reports of harassment seriously and will conduct a prompt and confidential investigation as appropriate.

Certification of Completion:
I have completed the Brotherhood Mutual "Sexual Harassment Prevention" online module.
